New Pallets

Wasatch Pallet manufactures both automated pallets, and custom pallets.  We can build any size of pallet you need.  You name it we will build it.  We build both Hardwood and softwood pallets.  We use a computer-aided drawing program called Pallet Design System (PDS).  The PDS allows us to design and engineer your pallet to fit your needs. 

Wasatch Pallet also provides pallets to those customers who don’t need a new pallet.  These pallets are great for the customer looking for maybe a one-time use pallet or just a cost savings to a new pallet.  A repaired pallet is still a dependable pallet for those customers who don’t have to have new pallet.

Crates

Wasatch Pallet can build any size of crate for your company’s needs.  We build all types of crates: open sided, open top bins, or fully enclosed crates.  We can do anything you want.

Heat Treated Pallets

Pallets or crates that will be exported out of the country MUST be Heat Treated.  We have our own kiln here onsite that allows us to treat our pallets and crates for our customers who export products on top of our pallets or in our crates.  Wasatch Pallet, Inc. is certified to sell heat treated pallets have been in good standing since 2005.  We are monitored and inspected by Timber Products Inspection Services.
